Approach

The Bough Foundation adopts the Appreciative Inquiry model, a strengths-based approach to systems change. This model focuses on generating positive ideas rather than dwelling on problems and uses questions and dialogue to uncover existing assets, strengths, advantages, or opportunities in communities, organizations, or teams. The foundation deploys research to generate evidence and inform action, with a strong belief in communities' inherent ability to address their own socio-cultural, economic, and educational challenges.

We collaborate with communities and groups to co-design and create solutions.
